Cookies, the most consumed snack is considered capable of making people's mind feel better. Especially chocolate cookies which contain chocolate that has a soothing feeling. However, recent study shows that consuming cookies and other kinds of cakes can ruin people's mood. America's researchers found that trans fatty acids or bad fats that are usually found in processed foods such as cookies and cakes can worsen someone's mood. Yahoo Health has investigated 5000 people who love to eat cookies and found a fact that those who eat food which contains bad fats can not control their feelings. A research writer from San Diego State University, Megan Holt, revealed that the connection between trans fatty acids and a person's mental health is very difficult to understand. However, Holt assumed that her research must be able to raise public's awareness about how food can affect their feelings.
