Many people assume that being single is pathetic, and this makes men anxious. Some of them are afraid to be called so, or be some kind of a "mosquito" when looking at their friends dating. Quoted from kompas.com, reports from Pew Report said that today's generation reaches 50 years, which means one out of four people are predicted to be single. UN News & World Report also explained that the moral values of people are decreasing because most of the young generation choose to be single and live alone. However, a sociology scientist from University of California, Bella DePaulo, said that those who are single are happier than those who have a partner. She also added that it is unfortunate for those who are single to be mocked. Study results showed that they have better lives, easy to socialize with others, and live happier.
