Which Is More Nutritious, Boiled-Egg, Fried-Egg, or Omelette?

Eggs are the source of animal protein that are easy to get and inexpensive. In the process, some people choose to consume fried-eggs, omelettes, or boiled-eggs. From these many ways of cooking eggs, consuming boiled-eggs would be more nutritious than consuming raw-eggs. This is because in raw-eggs there's an avidin substance in the white-eggs which could bind all nutrients in the body. Meanwhile, it is better to consume fried-eggs rather than omelettes, because in omelettes the whites are mixed with the yolks so the nutrition is reduced (the avidin substance binds the yolks). But, of course, when choosing to consume fried-eggs, use healthy oil, not oil that has been used often.
