The newest super tall building has been opened in Seoul, Korea. The name of this skyscraper is Lotte World Tower. This building has a height of 554.5 meters. Lotte World Tower managed to replace USA's WTC 1 which was in number 5 of the tallest building in the world. Kohn Pederson Fox Associates is the designer behind the establishment of this building in South Korea. This building uses solar power to operate. In addition to record itself as the fifth tallest building, Lotte World Tower also has advantages in terms of the speed of the lift, and also the highest swimming pool in a building. Lotte World Tower is located precisely on the edge of Han River in South Seoul. This building which worth billions of dollars has a mixed-use concept. With that concept, Lotte World Tower provides retail store, office, luxurious housing, and 7-star hotel.
