According to the study done by Spoon University, the secret of the delicacy of soft drinks comes from the temperature settings, storage places, and water filtration. If sorted from the start, it all starts from the delivery stage, where soda is transported in a contianer made of stainless steel. This is also done by many restaurants. Other than that, some fast food restaurants also keep the temperature of soft drinks by using insulating tube, which directly connected to a tool dispenser. The function of the tube is to keep the temperature of soda to stay above freezing, ensure the level of CO2, and to make carbonation last longer. But the biggest secret that people don't know all this time is related to the filtering system. One of the fast food restaurant like McDonald's, spends lots of money to build a good filtration system. Therefore, when it is served, soda water has gone through the filtration process, and come out together with chunks of ice so it gives a distinctive fresh flavour.

No wonder every time I buy a soft drink in restaurant, the taste of soft drink is still good although it's the last drop.
