For us who have been coming to the restaurant just to order and eat our favourite food, all that we know is only the representation of the dish that is ready to be eaten. But beneath it all, there is a long process that must be done by the chefs. We should know that a chef's job is not just cooking, but more than that. There are lots of obstacles and trials which must be faced by a chef in his career. We can even say that they have experienced a military process. Qraved Journal has revealed the hard work behind the scenes of the cooks at the restaurant:
1. Lack of sleep
2. Gone through a harsh mental process
3. Wounds
4. Must stay focused when the orders are full
5. Accepting customers' complaints with a smile
Maybe there are still many other things outside of this list. And clearly, now we know that a chef's job is not only for preparing dishes.

I don't know to become a chef we must experience this ;; A ;;
